What do you think about this workout plan to lose fat?
Well all in all, im eating alot healthier, im not drinking sodas, or consuming huge amounts of sugars, i run a mile every morning (takes about 7 minutes) and i do 25 situps 25 crunches and 50 pushups. Throughout the day i exercise alot too especially in P.E and afternoon i play basketball. do you think with this diet plan i'll get more upper body strength and a six pack? thanks im also drinking alot of water.
