What is the Cost of a Jenny Craig Diet?

People continuously try to find new creative ways to lose weight. Some people do yoga, others try exercise programs, others try recreational activities and then you have others who try different diet programs. Now not everything works for every body however people tend to try out the program that they believe will work the best and the fastest for them.

The Jenny Craig diet program has been around for quite some time, since 1983 to be exact and they have food that has been pre packaged which is the central focus of the diet. During the first half at your attempt to weight loss you must eat Jenny foods for all your meals. That is a lot of Jenny Craig food and you are looking to spend roughly $65 a week on meals, $18 a month on a variety of supplements, you do also have to buy your own fruits and vegetables. You can't forget about membership fees.

After all of this is combined and calculated you are looking to spend roughly $400 per month. Now do remember that there are a lot of positives such as the program does promote exercise, lifestyle changes and managing stress that will all help you out in the long run and it is also endorsed by many celebrities such as Queen Latifah, who have succeeded at losing weight by joining the Jenny Craig program.

Of course the clear negative is that this is a very expensive way to get you into good physical condition. Another thing for you to remember, is that this is also mainly good for people who do not generally eat with others, people who cook for themselves and like packaged foods.

Like everything else in life there is a lot to consider before deciding to join this program. Just remember that at the end of the day it is your body and your health, you must do what you feel is best for you.
