Yes, another dreaded weight question, but please help if you can! 10pts?
Okay, so I'm 16, 5'3 and I weigh anywhere from 126-130. [usually 127 though.] And I need to loose weight!
I had surgery on my spine last summer, and I had to relearn how to walk..before that I did track, volleyball, swim team, and dance everyday.
Now I do none of them. It's been very hard for me to stop doing those things, and when i stoped I couldn't get back into them this summer because I feel too behind, but I still want to loose weight some way.
I've noticed a lot that people say it's not good to only walk on treadmills--if you want to loose weight you have to RUN, but I have very weak ankles, and my joints are sort of crappy from doing track for 3 years.
I was wanting to know if walking at the speed of 3.0 on the treadmill will give me any results? I usually go for 2 or 3 miles, and sometimes I end up "losing" 1028 calories which is 3 pounds, but I'm not sure if it's actually helping, because I'm always the same weight.
And any other tips to lose stomach fat on the lower stomach, and hips/love handle things and theighs would be great!
Sorry this is long, but to anyone who helps thank you so much!
**Also, I've cut down my diet alot but what else can I do? I eat small meals 6 times a day, and I only drink water. I'm a vegetarian [please no rude comments about that, it's my choice and I'm not trying to change anyone else!] so I don't eat a lot of protein, but I usually have egg whites every morning.

How to lose stomach fat by jogging and eating healthier?
I'm fifteen years old and I am around 5'1" and I weight around 120lbs. I don't think I'm fat. I have skinny arms, skinny legs etc., but I have too much stomach fat. I usually do not exercise a lot. Recently I've been jogging every day and burning about 260 calories. I've also been eating less and healthier and eat about 1800 calories a day. Do you think I can lose my stomach fat? And if not, what would be an easier way/tips to lose stomach fat? I don't want any stupid answers that tell me I'm fat, thanks.
