Teenage dieting plan?
if i want to lose about 5-7 lbs. by the end of april (im a 13 yr old f. ) would this work?
breakfast - medium sized yellow apple, skinned plain, half glass skim milk
lunch (10:05 at school, ik!) about a cup of iceburg lettuce, two-three thin cucmber slices, no dressing, unlimited water.
snack (at home around 2:00 ish) two small slices of watermelon, unlimited water
dinner (around 6-6:30ish) one small grilled chicken breast, a few slices of iceberg lettuce on it (No bread) , plain steamed broccoli (about 5-6 small pieces or 2-3 large) unlimited water
late snack ( anywhere from 7-9) yogurt cup (idk if i like it yet im gonna try it since i love icecream and milk but theyre fatty)
Every week i do two days of dance (hour - hour and a half long)
and ill try to do 0.8 a mile run (around my development)
and atleast a 10-15 min. cardio every day.
could that work and still be healthy while not gross or starcing? if not what do i change?

OH P.S.! for trying a lowfat yogurt thats tasty but healthy whats best? i like flavors like vanilla and watermelon only idk if they make those? personal expirience please :) thanks!

Loseing weight. Diet plan.?
Im looking for a good diet plan. Teenage diet plan maybe you can say, im 17. A good variety of EASY foods, that I can get under $20. Im trying to reduce my calorie count to maybe 1500 calories? Is Tuna, Ramon Noodles, and a low calorie cereal and a snack during a day a good diet plan for a day for like 3 months? Trying just to lose my gut and get abs. Im in shape but this gut is killing me ;/

im a 13 year old girl and i weigh 55kgs and am only 1 metre and 50 centimetres ive tried going on a diet a few times but none of them seem to work, i cant wear a bikini either. whats a really good diet plan that will make me loose about 8-9 kgs in about 5-6 weeks?
