College life weight gain?
I'm in college and don't have a lot of money to spend on buying a lot of health food I'm on a pasta/ mac and cheese/ soup diet (lots of noodles!) and I can see it catching up to me. I started exercising everyday now since the 1st of the month (i usually walk 30 mins a day, every other day I jog a mile) but I still look like i'm 3 months prego (i'm also about to start that time of the month so i'm a little more bloated than usual) any suggestions as to easy ways to fix my situation, i'm not considered overweight for my height or anything i just have a little belly now. like what are some healthy alternatives I can add to my diet or any advice to lose the college pounds faster thanks!

How can I lose weight fast?
Alright, so I'm 15 years old. I weigh around 178 pounds and I'm 5'5-5'6. I don't look very heavy, but i defiantly feel like it. I want to feel good about myself. I want to be around 150 in about 2-3 months. I'm going into the navy after i graduate (I'm getting my high school diploma early). So I want to start preparing for that. I used to have eating disorders and I don't want to go back to that. I'm trying to be good to myself. For this week I am doing the cabbage soup diet. Your supposed to lose 10 pounds in a week. I don't want to stick with this diet after my week is done, simply because I know it's not good for me. If it works I would (i just started today) I will be around 168 at the end of the week. That would make me have 18 pounds left to lose. So I want to know how I can do this right. I want to get my stomach flat, and my thighs smaller. I also want to work on my arms a bit :3. I do have a membership the a local gym, but I'm very weak so I can't really lift weights. I walk for about 2 hours a day on a trail by my house. I do online schooling, and I have a job so I don't have much time for the gym. I can get almost any types of food I need. But I do not eat any meats, besides fish. I'm just starting to feel really hopeless. Please help me >.<
