I tend to get light-headed, very disoriented and my ears hurt when I am finished working out. Anyone know why!
Sometimes I feel disoriented for a few hours after running/jogging. Other times I feel very bad for two-three days. I always follow a low-fat, high protein diet. I'm in my mid-twenties. 6ft. 0, 200 lbs, I have an athletic build. My life is not stressful. My doctor tested me for diabetes and a bunch of other things (negative).I am very curious to hear what you may think of this. Please give you opinion...Have you ever heard of anything like it????

what kind of foods do i need to eat? like, what types of fish should i and shouldn't eat, what fruits should i eat, is chicken breast exceptable, and what kind of meat? am i allowed to eat cereal w/ skim milk, still?

Diet with too few calories unintentually????
I went on a low calorie,low fat,high protein diet in order to lose some weight. I read 1800 calories is the min I had Orange Juice for breakfast.... 190 calories Roast Beef with light Mayonnaise .....550 calories Hamburger with Ketchup and bread...400 calories To drink I had either water or diet soda....Both 0 calories. That means I am only eating 1140 calories a day.....That seems too small.... The minimum recommended is 1800....But It just seems like that is overindulging Any suggestions on the diet or even exercises? I am not trying to eat to little calories, It just seemed to happen that way. I was aiming for 1800, But realized that 1800 is a lot.....You would have to eat around 3 Big Mac to consume 1800 calories I'm not interested in any medicine or carb diets.....
