how can i lose inner thigh fat?
I've been trying really hard to lose the fat on my inner thighs and I just can't seem to get any results. I am a runner. I run at least three days a week if not more, up to four miles. I do leg workouts at least three days a week as well. I don't go to the gym, so if you have any tips for exercises that can be done at home to help lose inner thigh fat it would be greatly appreciated! Thank You

Toning thighs, knees and stomach?
I walk a lot (normally a good 5 miles a day or more) and my calves are like rocks and have very little fat. My thighs are quite solid too but there is a definite layer of fat on them, particularly on the inside near the top. There in also fat on the inside of my knees and just above my kneecaps. Are there any exercises I can do to lose the fat on my thighs and knees without building my calves up more? My legs are already quite a bit bigger that average and the last thing I want is for them to get bigger. My stomach is a bit trickier- I had major invasive surgery when I was a younger and my lower abdominal muscles have never been the same. I've done sit ups in the past and saw a difference in the muscles above the scar, but the ones below it seemed unchanged. It may be down to my technique, but there is definitely more fat below the scar and if I tense, the muscles above are much firmer, even ignoring the fat. Any ideas?
