Can't seem to lose weight at all?
I am approx 55 kg or just under 9 stone. I am a 17 year old female. Im not wanting to lose a tonne of weight at all, im only looking to lose about 3-5 pounds. For the past 3 weeks I've cut my calorie intake to around 1000-1200 a day, i've stopped eating junk food and I excercise everyday but I haven't lost ANYTHING. Why is this? Why is it better to build muscle than have fat? Why do you gain weight when you work out?
I haven't worked out in a while (vigorous workout. I do run sometimes, walk, and use the stairs a lot).. I lift weights when I do lunges for 15 minutes and than run for 30.
