Try riding a bike or jogging. Join a gym. Forget the elevator and use the stairs. Walk more on shorter journeys instead of taking the car. It is easier to do exercise if you are doing something you enjoy. You will work harder and the weight will come off quicker. Alot of guys around my age (15-13) have skinny legs and thigh and when i look at mine there kinda big , i've been running for about 3 months but i still haven't seen much change. Is there a way to lose fat faster?

Why 1200 calories a day?
Okay I know it is recommended by the American Sports Association or something that the average woman should have no less than 1200 calories a day to lose weight but I can't find any evidence to back up that recommendation. Sites all over the web say consuming less is dangerous and will slow your metabolism and make you fatter but I think that is a highly false statement. If that were true, anorexics would not be able to be so skinny. As long as you have fat to burn, I think consuming maybe 800calories a day will just make you lose fat faster. The only diet advice i trust is that consuming less calories then you normally do will result in weight loss. So does anyone have any solid scientific evidence that I should consume 1200 instead of 800 calories a day? And if all you're going to say is crap about developing an eating disorder I'm not interested. I'm a level headed person. I just feel like the 1200 recommended amount is a conspiracy to make everyone eat more food than they need.
