gain muscle and lose fat on my butt?
im not overweight, but my butt has like no muscle and is all fat. its wide and saggy basically. and when im in a bathing suite it jiggles and its really embarrasing. my stomach is flat but ive noticed im gaining weight in my hips also. i want to know what foods to avoid, what foods that are good, and what type of workout i should be doing to lose butt fat, but gain muscle in it. i would like to have some improvment my spring break (mid march)

OK so I am 15 5"2 and 131lbs I already checked my BMI I know im healthy but im fat. I have a flabby stomach and big hips and thighs. I play hockey,soccer and snowboard so my legs are really firm but there huge. I also have a really really big butt.
