What exercises are good for belly fat?
i'm not really over weight, but i have love handles and i have some belly fat. it's mostly all baby fat, but some isn't just because i got really lazy over the summer. i don't need to work on my legs or arms(even though i probably will in soccer/lifting), but how can i lose my belly fat besides just regular crunches? i have a healthy diet but i also wanna look fit, and good naked :D

Ummm bikini help? please help!?
hey guys... um i wanted to ask...i really wanna wear a bikini and look good while doing it... I weigh 55 kg and i'm average hieght..not tall but not short either. I'm not fat, nowhere near it. I'm actually pretty skinny. but i have very big boobs...like 12 DD/E australian size, and i also have a big bum area..lol. its not fat, just naturally curvy. My legs are pretty well defined but i'm a bit self conscious of my thighs. They aren't exactly fat, but they are bigger than i would like them to be. My main problem is my stomach. I'm very self conscious even though i'm not that big. I just feel really exposed and because i do have a small amount of fat on my stomach, i tend to get a bit of a muffin top. not hugely, but enough to make me feel gross lol. I'm also naturally pale so does this matter if my stomach and legs are white? So 1, do you think i should even attempt to wear a bikini, or is it just gunna be gross whatever i try do. 2, how can i lose my belly fat? and 3, is my very light skin a turn off? Thank you
