How long will it take to lose a stone?
Hi, I'm 5ft 6" and weigh 10.5 stone and i want to shift a bit. On average how long will it take to lose this weight if i eat everyday: 8:00am - Grande Soy Cappuccino from Starbucks 1:00pm - Brown rice with vegetables and a banana 7:00pm- Variation of pasta/ meat/ fish i have no time to excercise at the moment as i have so much work. if anyone has any suggestions for healthy weight loss i would love to hear! thanks xxx

Quick, healthy weight loss? is it possible?
Okay, so i know many people have probably asked this question before but i really want to know if its possible to lose weight quickly and safely. I'm 15 and im not someone who wants to lose a ridicules amount of weight. I used to be a certain weight (which wasn't exactally thin but i was comfortable with it), but over the last year i seemed to of put LOADS on and i really dont know how to get rid of it and get back to the size i want to be. Im active and i try and eat as healthy as i can but not matter how hard i try i cant get my new body fat off!! If you know anything that will help please comment, or send a link of a website you think might help? (and please no disrespectful comments about being harsh to over weight people, i just dont like carrying extra weight at my age)

work out and weight loss?
I'm a 16 year old female. If I work out for 20 minutes by doing strength training Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and work out for a half an hour on Thursday and Friday by doing cardio and also try to eat better will I achieve a healthy weight loss? How much weight will I lose in about seven months if I continue with this?
