Fast and effective (but healthy) diet?
So im a bridesmaid for my cousins wedding in 8 months, and i am so over weight and want to loose some/a lot of weight so i will look better. Plus its something iv been wanting to do for over a year or so now, and this is the perfect motivator for me! So i'm 14 (nearly 15), im around 5'4 and about 164 pounds. its embarrassing, obviously. And i hate. Its not just how i want to look, even thou that is a big part, i also want to be healthier. Im always warn out after not running very far etc, and i always have heart pains, and i'm just scared if i don't do something fast, i could become very ill. I have/am considering going on the Grapefruit diet. As from what i have seen, it seems a good diet, and healthy, but does it leave you with sagged skin? Because i REALLY do not want that. And no im not going to starve myself or anything or go on some really unhealthy diet. im not that stupid. And please don't just say something like "your 14, you should be enjoying food" we honestly, i do enjoy eating, obviously, who doesn't ? :p but then i just feel so bad an wish i ate something healthier.
