Most nutrional foods to eat?
I go to a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school in NJ. I would like to get the most out of my training. What is the most nutional food I can eat before going to the school? I'm 155 but looking to lose a little more body fat and waking up a bit more. I'm guessing a protein rich breakfast? Fiber rich? I don't know, anyways what is the best food to lose body fat and get energized? I'm slender but with very little body fat left from my mid section only. My legs, chest arms are actually pretty cut. Mek, I know about 6 small meals. I do that already. My question is what's the best for the mourning to keep you real energized and the most nutrional for something like BJJ. OK, I know how to eat well. My question is not about "how do I eat well?" it's again "what is the most nutrional food to eat in the mourning to keep energized and to help lose mroe weight?" To the guys who don't read my question and want to be pedantic about my question by simply trying to TEACH me that I must eat 6 meals a day, etc. and not give me an idea of a few thigns to keep in mind during breakfast and what to buy more of, just don't answer.
