How many pounds am I gonna lose in a week with this diet HELP!?
My question is; how many pounds am I gonna lose in this diet which is gonna be going on for a week and a half. I don't want anyone to say its unhealthy, or give me lectures of give me any other diet plans I'm 100% doing this even if its bad, because I know it works and I'll lose weight fast. I'm having 3 hard boiled eggs with no yolk in for brekfast, No lunch And 3 hard boiled eggs with no yolk in for dinner And 2 litres of water and a hour of areobitc excercise :) I heard you lose a stone in a week but not sure if I belive that yet but I know I'll lose some pounds?

Is there a diet plan for Adipex?
I start Adipex today & my Dr didn't give me a certain diet plan he just told me I could take it for 30 days & to come back in to be weighed. Also, I have read taking B12 with Adipex helps. Any suggestions??? I am 22, 5'6 150lbs. My goal is to lose 30lbs. I do go to the gym everyday & do 30-45 min on the eliptical & also some weight lifting..
