Quick spring break diet with results!?
I will be going on spring break exactly one week from today. I have been working out, but also eating.. I began the The Master cleanse lemonade detox/diet Monday (two days ago) and it is now Tuesday. I had panera bread for dinner. I could not bear the not eating part. Also, I think it was dangerous for me to do it so close to spring break because it is hard for your body to consume foods properly after the diet and I plan on consuming large amounts of alcohol. What is a strict diet that I will see results from but also be able to eat at least something? Serious inquiries only, please! Thank you! :)
