Well im 16 years old, im a girl, im tall im like 5ft11 inches and well im not fat i used to be really really fat when i was younger and i still have a little pooch of a little bit of fat on my stomach and i was wondering what are some helpful tips for me to get rid of belly fat? I need some exercises that will burn a lot of fat fast. I weigh 145 and have lean muscles but i dont have abs because i have some fat on me. Im a 17 year old male. you can only see the fat below the belly button and if you squish it up its a bout 1 inch big. you can see the abs showing above the belly button if i suck in.
